H. Scott Young’s Real Estate experience began in 1998 where he served as Resident Property Manager for a family-owned apartment building while attending Georgetown University. After graduating with a B.S. in Foreign Service, Scott worked as a research analyst at CoStar Group, the world’s largest Commercial Real Estate Information company. Performing multiple redevelopment projects since 2008, both as a consultant and an investor, Scott has been able to average a 600% cash-on-cash return for properties sold and a 12.5% net cap rate for properties held. Scott’s aggressive ‘frontiersman’ approach allows clients to penetrate markets that have been ignored or avoided in order to achieve maximum value.
