Hi all,

Today is the Atlanta City Council vote to acquire the property needed to build Enota Park. We need as many persons as possible to come out, 6 pm, at Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue.

Secondly, the Mayor’s Town Hall meeting on Safety will take place on Tuesday, August 20th @ 6pm at Adamsville Recreation Center, 3201 MLK Blvd. This is a series of meetings that Mayor Reed is having across the city, and tomorrow’s meeting is the one for Southwest Atlanta. It will be important to have Westview neighbors attend. This is the time to speak directly to the mayor about safety concerns you have.

Finally, KIPP STRIVE Primary will have their ribbon cutting ceremony, tomorrow, Tuesday, August 20th at 11 am, 1444 Lucile Ave.
