Art on the Atlanta BeltLine artists’ walks + workshop

As the request for proposals has gone out, we’ve gotten a ton of questions about when our artists’ walks are going to be. We now have them scheduled! This is an opportunity for submitting artists to walk the corridor with members of the Art on the Atlanta BeltLine committee, ask questions about siting their piece, and explore location options. The dates / times are as follows:
>> Saturday, March 12th – East Side Walk at 11 a.m.: beginning at Memorial Drive beside H. Harper’s Station and ending at 10th and Monroe Drive beside Park Tavern.
>> Sunday, March 13th – West Side Walk at 11 a.m.: beginning at Washington Park (at Lena St.) and ending at Allene Avenue and Catherine Street.
>> Saturday, March 19th – West Side Walk at 11 a.m.: beginning at Washington Park (at Lena St.) and ending at Allene Avenue and Catherine Street.
>> Sunday, March 20th – East Side Walk at 11 a.m.: beginning at Memorial Drive beside H. Harper’s Station and ending at 10th and Monroe Drive beside Park Tavern.
We’ve also set up one more artists’ workshop:
Date: Wednesday, March 23rd
Time: 7:00pm
Location: Chastain Arts Center
135 West Wieuca Road, NW 30342
Attached is a flyer with this information, too. Please pass along to friends, family, neighborhood groups, community organizations, etc.!
As always, thank you, and please let me know if you have any questions!
