For the month of August, I must hand the crown to my Ellia diffuser.

This little device has brought a lot of calm to stressful days.

I especially love mines as it comes with remote, music variations and lighting sequences.  

Don’t forget your essential oils.  “Fight It” has been wonderful. With the return of school, my house became germ central. I was only down for 1 day, the smell of  orange,lemon,cinnamon,eucalyptus,rosemary,cardamom, and cove (yes! All that) helped the process of cleaning the air (and clearing my sinuses)
