The Community Alliance of Metropolitan Parkway (CAMP Inc.), is a not-for-profit community development corporation whose mission is to revitalize the Metropolitan Parkway Corridor communities of Capitol View, Capitol View Manor, Sylvan Hills, Perkerson and Hammond Park through the development of affordable housing. They are an approved City of Atlanta, Affordable Housing Developer, that uses City of Atlanta funds for construction and utilizes the City of Atlanta HOME funds for eligible homebuyers.

University Community Development Corporation (UCDC)
In the areas around Atlanta University Center, UCDC develops a variety of housing options; 1) affordable infill new construction, 2) an owner occupied rehab program to help long time residents rehabilitate their homes to meet city code standards and 3) the purchase of vacant and dilapidated single family and multifamily houses with are converted and rehabbed into affordable single family homes. They also offer The Homebuyer Certification course to promote self-sufficiency and wealth building skills.
