The homebuyer workshop at 1742 Lisbon Drive in Perkerson Park was a success! We invited members of the rental community to come tour and learn about Downpayment programs from a Synovus Bank lender. We ultimately scored a great contract and on the way to closing! The partnership with K3Hauling produced a great product and turnout.
