I am have been looking through many of your posts with houses for sale in Historic West End. Are you a Realtor? Can you point me in the direction of where the houses you post are listed for sale? I am looking for a house in west end that is not really a fixer upper but more needs to just be updated (ex. no major roof repairs but needs new kitchen/floors). Preferably not a house that someone has just fixed up and is looking to sell. No investor or flipper here, just want looking for a house to live in.
