Saturday, February 23 at 12:30 p.m. there will be a community Celebration at Rose Circle Park where our mayor, Shirley Franklin, will turn a shovel of dirt to formally commence the West End Trail, the 1st segment of the Beltline. See this West End BeltLine flyer for details
