The NEW NeighborhoodLIFT® program is launching in the Atlanta area. NeighborhoodLIFT® is a Down Payment Assistance (DPA) program with a First Responder, Military and Teacher (FRMT) benefit. The program is new to the area and has been wildly popular in other counties.

There will be an open event on May 4th and May 5th where homebuyers will sit down to learn more about the program and apply to receive the down payment assistance grant.

Only 200 Appointments are available during this event!

Clients with a pre-approval letter will be expedited through the process.

Actions Steps to Take Now!

1 Send me updated income documents so I can provide you with an updated pre-approval letter.

2 On Monday April 9th registration opens to make an appointment for the event on May 4 and May 5th. Book Appointment Here on Monday, April 9th. Mark it on your calendars!

3 Spread the word to your clients, friends and family! I am ready and willing to help them as well.
