The homebuyer workshop at 1742 Lisbon Drive in Perkerson Park was a success! We invited members of the rental community to come tour and learn about Downpayment programs from a Synovus Bank lender. We ultimately scored a great contract and on the way to closing! The partnership with K3Hauling produced a great product and turnout.

Invest Atlanta had another record breaking Open House Tour in Sylvan Hills, providing potential buyers with information on their down payment assistance for both renovated and 203K ready homes. As usual, we were right there to help customers navigate through the process and we are still accepting clients for their program.
