Today we celebrated fathers and men who have been instrumental in our lives.. it was a beautiful and emotional morning. Moses Carroll with Fit Squad Stuido’s provided tips for a healthier lifestyle and proper diets (portion control).
As usual, we had a wonderful Tea experience sharing what we cherish most about our Mothers, and what we hope to pass on to our children/grandchildren. Thank you, Octavia Raheem- you brought Sacred Chill West to us and we received the benefits of BEING STILL.
