30310 Hotness-For Sale
Have you noticed the upward trend in the 30310 list/sales prices? If not- you’re not searching for a home in 30310.
You must know the history to understand why this is such a big deal. Not only did the communities within this zip code survive the hardest attacks of mortgage fraud, foreclosures and the shut down of our beloved Fire Station #7- but the residents worked diligently with a mission to rebuild, restore and revitalize. Naturally, I’m very proud to have been one of the many who saw the potential and was willing to make this zip code my home- we went from sales of $10K to now, $200K- and this time they’re legit with REAL owners.
What happened to those $10 & 20K homes?
I’m glad to say, investors are working with us- or what looks like both our agenda’s are running the same track, at the same time. While it is our goal to increase our owner occupancy rate, the time is now for them to reach their goal of making a return on their investment. These homes are being renovated and priced to sell! While I have yet to come across a J.W. Kelly renovation (remember him?), the current investors have open minds and are stepping it up in a “bold” way.
