Georgia Dream Standard provides down payment assistance to eligible first-time homebuyers.

• 30-year fixed-rate or FHA loans
• Purchase of primary home only
• Down payment assistance up to 5% of the purchase price or $10,000, whichever is less
  • Borrower must contribute $1,000
  • Protectors, educators, and nurses are eligible for up to $12,500 in DPA funds

Georgia Dream Peach Plus opens up down payment assistance to a wider range of homebuyers by offering increased man household income limits and higher max purchase prices.

• 30-year fixed-rate or FHA loans
• Purchase of primary home only
• Down payment assistance up to 3.5% of the purchase price of $10,000, whichever is less
  • Borrower must contribute $1,000
  • Protectors, educators, and nurses are eligible for up to $12,500 in DPA funds

The maximum purchase price for both programs depends on location and household income.

We've also rolled out Georgia Dream Peach Select VA—a 30-year, fixed-rate VA loan that gives qualified military veterans mortgage loans at below-market interest rates. This 100% financing option can only be used to purchase a primary home.
