I highly recommend Area West Realty!!! I was offered a promotion which required moving from NJ to Atlanta. I randomly searched 'Black owned real estate brokerage' and selected Area West Realty from the results. In perusing the website, I felt comforted by the number of diverse professionals.
I specifically worked with Brittany M. Hardy and she responded to my introductory email in less than an hour, on a Saturday. As God would have it, she was the perfect partner to help me find my dream home!!!
Not living in Atlanta, not being familiar with the different neighborhoods and having one very specific must-have made the process challenging and tedious. Brittany went as hard as I was willing to go, looking at close to 70 homes in only a few short weeks.
