Can you believe it?  I’m feeling a bit cheated this summer due to all of this rain we’re getting in Atlanta.  However, our good neighbors and friends- the McBee’s ensured we had a great celebration with their annual 4th of July social.

A lot is up with Area West Realty. We’ve had a great start and continue to grow strong with offering amazing inventory in SW and NW Atlanta.  Along with the Beltline Team ,We held our June 29th Committed to Communities event in Westview  at an unlisted host home.  The home was SO fabulous- we immediately received 2 offers and are now under contract!  The home owners really did a lot to ensure their property was in top condition- going above and beyond in having bath tubs glazed, rooms painted neutral, de-cluttering and putting items in storage.   This truly made a huge difference. You can not beat a LIST PRICE offer- prior to listing!
