Atlanta has some of the most innovative people working to stabilize our communities and keep our City on top.  I have the pleasure of working a few “for the good of the community” deals and always sleep a little better knowing I helped to stablize my streets and provide a family with a good home.  I’m sure our Zone 1 DA feels the same, in between the 101 calls from me following up on our closing.. 

The Atlanta Police Foundation are also doing their share to make our communities safer and provide our Civil Servants with one of a kind opportunities to live in the city just for being them– a Civil Servant.. Can you think of a better way to bring public safety to our neighborhoods than by having a police officer as our neighbor?   I can’t- and LOVE the incentives offered to our Police for living intown.  

What are the benefits of living intown?  

Besides being closer to where you already work, for Atlanta Police Officers,  there are opportunities of renting and home ownership. The incentives range from free housing, bonuses, special financing and down payment assistance (up to $28K).  There is also a special bonus, a “relocation bonus” incentive of $1000 for officers living outside of the city wanting to move into the city!

What kind of homes are in the program?

There are single family homes, apartments, townhouses- you name it!  I’m sure there is one to suit your style in either a rental or purchase option.
